What is the application process?

Some have asked what our application process is here at Properties by Watson. We have tried to simply identify the four stages of the process for all interested below. Please let us know if you have any items that we can clarify about this.

1. Fill out application carefully and return it by email, hand, or mail if needed. Scanned digital copies are acceptable if necessary for you. Remember that you are agreeing to give your email address for step two. 
2. Check your email to submit the request for financial records checks. No Social Security Numbers will be given to Properties By Watson. All fees are payable securely to the Transunion service online at that time (one of the 3 governmental credit reporting agencies). 
3. Once you have finished the requested submission, Transunion will send a private, secure report to Properties By Watson for me to review. 
4. This report combined with your application for the house lease will be reviewed in the order in which it was received. We will try to respond to you via your preferred contact method within 3 to 5 days of receiving all documents.
