Online Payments Sent Through Google Wallet: how to set it up for the first time

Properties By Watson has recently added the option for tenants to send rental payments securely and safely online through Google Wallet. To find out more about how to set up your account, enjoy this great tutorial from the technology magazine, Mashable. Please remember that it may take from 3-10 days from the first time you start for your account to be verified with the funds you send to our business account. Digital receipts will be issued to confirm that we have received your payment on time. We hope this service makes your day a little easier.

A Welcoming Thank You to Our New Tenants!

Happy wishes to our new tenants at 4665 Pamela Drive. Thank you to all who expressed interest. With the recent rains to break the months of drought, we are glad to have a family enjoying the comfort of our lovely home.

Congratulations to our new family!

Happy wishes to our new tenants at 3026 Cherry Bark Street. Thank you to all who expressed interest. On this cold January morning, we are glad to have a family enjoying the warm embrace of a lovely home.

In a few weeks, we will be offering our next house in the northern Chimney Rock area, just off of Rebecca Lane. Another great home in a very high demand location. This house is larger with 4 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, over 1900 square feet, a spacious 2 car garage, and a concrete RV space with all connections (power, water, and waste) behind a gated privacy fence.
